My kid just outgrew this really fast. Like, fast fast. It might be fine for younger kids, but for an older kid it didn’t last us very long.

I bought this thinking it might make flights a little easier with my kid, especially for sleeping. Maybe I’m only remembering the rough parts because travel days are a blur, but the sleep support just didn’t work that well for us. My kid kept sliding around and never really seemed to get comfortable. It’s a nice concept, and I wanted to like it, but for the price it wasn’t as useful as I’d hoped...

I kind of regret spending the money on this. It’s not terrible or anything, and it feels okay, but for the price I really expected it to be a lot nicer. You know when you buy something a little pricey and you’re hoping for that “oh wow, this was worth it” feeling? Yeah, I didn’t get that here. It just feels average. Maybe I’m being picky, but I’ve bought cheaper stuff before that felt just as good, if not better. It actually reminded me of when I paid way too much for a fancy coffee maker and then went right back to my old one because it just worked better. Same kind of vibe here. Overall, it’s fine, but definitely not special enough to justify the cost. I wouldn’t buy it again

We got the JetKids from jet-kids.com for our 4 year old before a long flight. I was mostly worried it might wobble. Or feel kind of cheap. It didn’t at all. Solid little case. Wheels rolled smooth too.

Our kid sat on it through the airport and it stayed steady. Even when he was twisting around a bit. The straps and clips felt secure. No weird loose parts. No stress there.

It made the trip easier. Less carrying. Less fuss. Packing space isn’t amazing, but that wasn’t my main concern. Safety wise, really happy with it.

The site looks clean and fun overall, which I liked. A few pages felt a bit too busy for me though, and I’m always a little nervous about getting fooled by something that looks polished but is hard to trust. Still, the design made a good first impression...

I had a question about my order and sent them a message, fully expecting to wait forever like you usually do. But they actually got back to me the same day and had everything sorted out with zero fuss. No endless back-and-forth, no confusing replies, just quick and simple help. it felt like a tiny customer service miracle. Really happy with how they handled it.

I ordered this thinking it would show up before our trip, which apparently was too optimistic of me. Shipping moved at full "snail express" speed, and the tracking updates were basically a little game of "guess where your package is" because they barely changed.

By the time it finally arrived, we couldn’t even use it for the flight, so that was frustrating. The product itself might be perfectly fine, but the whole delivery experience was a big letdown...

The site wasn’t super easy to use. I had a hard time finding what I needed, and it took longer than I expected.

It’s heavy and not as compact as I expected. Common sense says if something is meant to be travel-friendly, it shouldn’t be a hassle to drag through the airport, but this was annoying to carry around.

My refund came through after about a week, so it was sorta slower than I expected, but everything ended up fine. Support was okay and helped enough to get it sorted.

I reached out for help with a warranty issue, the whole process took way longer than it should have. I get that things can be busy, but I was left waiting without much communication, which was frustrating. At the very least, I’d expect an apology for the delay and a clearer update on what’s going on.

We picked this up hoping it would help keep our kid busy on a trip. At first it actually did the job well, she was excited about it and played with it for a bit, so I thought we were set.
After awhile though, she kinda lost interest and started asking for other toys and snacks. It’s not bad or anything, just didn’t hold her attention as long as I expected. Overall it was okay.

After using it on a couple of trips, I’ve got to say the cleanup is frustrating. I’ve had similar gear before, and this one seemed to get grimy way faster than I expected. The parts are just hard to clean properly, which got annoying quickly.

We used this at the airport and, it worked out great. My son just hopped on and rode along like it was the best thing ever. The walk to the gate was still long and kind of a pain, but this made it way easier to deal with. Less whining, less carrying stuff, just a smoother trip overall

It’s definitely portable and easy enough to bring along, but it felt a little bulky when I actually needed to use it. To be fair, I think part of it was just bad timing since I was already in a rush and didn’t have much space to work with...

I ordered from jet-kids.com and it was straightforward! The pages loaded without any trouble, checkout was quick, and my confirmation email came through right away. So far, no issues at all — just a nice, smooth ordering experience :)

It moves smoothly on flat floors, but I’ve noticed turning it with my kid on it can feel kind of awkward sometimes. Not a huge deal, but it definitely takes some effort to steer. Has anyone else had the same issue?

My kid could not get comfortable no matter what. They kept wiggling around, scooting back and forth, leaning to one side, then the other, pulling at the seat, adjusting their legs, slouching, sitting up again, basically doing everything except relaxing. It reminded me of when a car seat strap is slightly off, or when a pillow is too flat, or when shoes feel weird even though they technically fit. I could just tell they weren’t comfortable, and it made the whole experience kind of frustrating

I only used it for one trip and it already broke, which was disappointing. Maybe it would be okay for very light use or if you’re not packing much, but in my experience the plastic parts felt cheap and just didn’t hold up.
